It's even easily digestible by normies: How many countries use electronic or mail in voting? Very few of the countries whose names most people know. Why? Fraud. So we start a compact that each candidate has to sign off on saying all paper ballots, in person, with ID, etc., for Secretary of State (for the states) or Governor and it's like if you won't commit to it then you're under deep suspicion all the way.
