Can a person conspiring fraud even legally rule on it? If the judge is in anyway affiliated in a trial of any kind wouldn't that make him ineligible on the ruling?

The sad part is that they don't have to be in on it to be part of the problem. All they have to be is a some partisan hack or activist judge who has no interest in the truth, just in "their side" winning.

they are supposed to recuse themselves, but don't always do

"What are you going to do about it?" - Every level of government.

That's really what it comes down to. No one cares that the people are upset because it's been decades since they've had to be. We used to string up corrupt officials as warnings to the rest, but now we do nothing but complain. That's what it's going to take before this gets fixed and it's going to be pushed back on by the "but muh optics!" crowd.

What are you going to do about it?

  • Any conflict, ever

Same thing happens in almost all of government, look at Lois Lerner's IRS, "We've investigated us and we've found that we didn't do anything wrong."

Same reason we let them count the fucking votes in the first place no?

They're better organized. That's the truth of it.

Fun fact, the house ethics committee is made up of elected officials from the house.

Seriously - it’s like putting the suspect in charge of investigating the crime scene.

Like how the police do it. They have other police decide if there’s any wrongdoing.

Because the last 30ish years have been controlled by the uniparty so they took advantage and drained the good guys out of all the positions and injected their own people that they can control.

Need 30 years of Trump mindset at the top and force people to retire or fire them across America and hire patriots.

Only issue is the swamp fights back as they are everywhere and now-a-days with MSM and social media it is easier to control people.

We're screwed.

Seems like they should probably work on that. I'd imagine vigilante justice might be looking mighty temping to some.

EXACTLY

We do not. They just get the first opportunity to correct their mistakes before we go to court and get discovery.
