State of war since 9/11 and still in effect (recently renewed) 2017 EO and state of emergency (still in effect) 2018 EO and state of emergency (still in effect)

Do you think a judge in Hawaii (or anywhere else) can declare military actions during wartime as "illegal"?

Insurrection (which it is) will lock out the judicial branch.

It's the civil equivalent of a nuclear bomb. We really don't want to use it, and it's the last resort, ultimate Trump card. I don't even know if he's willing to use it.

No... blatantly STEALING a presidential election is the nuclear bomb. The military tribunals are the retribution that prevents it from ever happening again.

And, fuck yeah he is willing to use it. He has been making these preparations since 2017 - you think he is just going to do nothing at the point in time when all of his preparations are needed the most? Yeah, right.
