The new special forces branch activated, federalizing control of the National Guard in states that have Democrat governors (and RINO governors - e.g., GA), and calling up a volunteer citizen militia and deputizing them as federal marshals and putting SF officers in charge of militia units would provide an armed, boots-on-the-ground presence of tens of thousands. (And they just need to be mobilized and applied in certain key areas.)
