Possible options that rely ONLY on the power of the executive branch:
These can be done by using executive orders, declaring a national emergency, invoking the insurrection act, or calling up the US armed forces.
- Declare that an attack on the USA has occurred and the US election has been completely compromised and must be immediately secured.
- Use the US military to arrest Dominon / SmartMatic / any other entities and seize their servers. Release all the info to the US public.
- Order, not request, that all 28 states with electronic voting immediately perform a full audit and hand recount. A real one, not some fake GA audit.
- Send in the national guard to make mass arrests of local election officials and poll workers involved in the widespread fraud as shown by 1000+ affidavits.
- Arrest any federal, state or local officials who refuse to comply with the constitution, or refuse or obstruct in any way, a full audit and hand recount.
The courts and legislature are not designed to stop acts of war, rebellion or insurrection, this is a job for the executive branch.
All I’m asking for is a full audit and hand recount, that should be the first resort.
Corrupt officials and judges can’t must make up votes, deny observers, and deny an audit.
Things will happen, but I think POTUS also wishes to shield the most citizens possible from the collateral harm that will occur. Some tragedies will happen but mass panic is undesirable.
Things will happen when? We have 10 business days to resolve this before the state electors choose the next president.
Insurrection act will make all of that electors crap irrelevant. If there is mass cheating in conjunction with a foreign power, then election is fraudulent, period. The evidence must be clear enough for when that bell is rung, it can't be unrung. You get what I'm saying here?
After December 14th everything becomes much more complicated and all the options much less desirable.
This is why I think resolving the fraud and having the state electors choose DJT as president is the best option.
You can force a hand recount with court order, yes, but I think there’s also grounds to force it with an executive order.
Agreed would be best to have the most legal and legit process followed. What is going to happen will happen though. Best we prepare for either eventuality.
