I'm having a hard time imagining why they'd need to defend the server with deadly force when there's a million ways to decisively and permanently destroy all the evidence on it with the flip of a switch - failsafes which would for sure have been in place for something as sensitive as the device used to rig a US election. In fact, why wouldn't they have destroyed the evidence immediately after the deed was done? Why would they leave it lying around?
Edit: To believe this, you'd also have to buy that there are CIA agents loyal enough to Biden and the deep state to sacrifice their own lives to conceal their election fraud. Who would die to protect someone else's corruption and why? That's not real. That's something faceless, expendable video game bad guy NPCs do. That's not something real humans would do.
Because why would they? It's not as if there's some underlying ideology the corrupt establishment believe in (which an idealist may feel worthy of dying for). It's just corruption they're defending. Nobody's going to lay down their lives to protect Joe Biden and the deep state from prosecution for that corruption.
It's a good question but it probably wasn't just a server. It probably was a small data center - racks of servers, backups, etc. that's not so easily dealt with. We'll see.
Again, it stands to reason that the CIA (of all people) would have the means of covering their tracks and destroying their own evidence (whether a server or a farm) immediately once the deed was done. How long does it take to wipe a server farm's worth of hard drives with magnets? A few minutes?
It does not make sense that they would just sit on that evidence and wait for someone to come try to seize them.
This whole German server story reeks of QAnon level conspiracy fantasy. It's not instilling a lot of confidence in me that Sidney Powell is engaging with it.
I mean if there was a shred of proof, fine. But we've seen nothing but unsubstantiated twitter rumors, following more or less the same vectors as all the other unsubstantiated QAnonsense.
The path to victory is through SCOTUS, not crazy internet conspiracy theories about watermarks and server raids.
I have no position on this, but just came here to say that there may be a scenario where the CIA had no idea what they were protecting but rather assigned to that duty?
It seems a little too hollywood for me, but like others have said, we've seen some serious fuckery in the past few years so I'll just withhold judgment until there is evidence.
