Just a reminder that Vitamin D levels have the most impact on how serious the covid is if you get it.

Pedes get sunshine on your unsunblocked skin or take vitamin D supplements.

Only 2% of those people admitted to the hospital with covid who had normal vitamin D levels the year before ended up in the ICU.

Of those who had low vitamin D levels 50% of those admitted to the hospital went to the ICU.

Edit: the absolute best way to get your vitamin D levels up is to go out in direct sunlight with as much of your skin exposed as possible for 15 minutes a day. It produces an incredible amount of vitamin D in a form your body uses much better than supplements. Of course its also free and there is no difficulty buying Sun light exposure. Also old fashion Sunlamps work like the submariners used to use when on long patrols. Like this http://images.oobject.com/thumbdir/thumbnails/3/a2/3a2b35d50ccdd5fadb1860b6344a7898-orig

Everyday I take 10,000 Vitamin D plus C and zinc, and try to get a lot of sun. Also melatonin to help with sleep. All help fight off the Rona
