I'm poking fun that your EDC, like EDCs on Reddit, is a lot of cliche meme stuff that seems less oriented towards utility and more on 'being a badass'. Notice I didn't make fun of your weapon light? Because it's not the "Cliche EDC starter pack" brand Streamlight or something.
Some of it is tongue in cheek, like the Glock. Glocks are gay, we all know it, but they're handy, but I added it to the list because it's just a very cliche handgun.
But something like the karambit I will always make fun of. A silly meme knife nobody cared about until it was memed into popularity by CS:GO, and you can protest all you want, but if you carry a karambit, you're a meme.
I could've also poked fun that you didn't have three tourniquets, one of those ankle IFAKs, and a chest decompression needle. But I mean, you don't have them, so is that really making fun of you?
I'm making fun of the aesthetic that you tick a lot of boxes on. The money clip that's thicker than your dick is long, for example. Money clips are supposed to be super-minimal, a money clip that holds 12 cards defeats the point, so why have the money clip besides it's "cool"?
Look dude, if you don't want to poked fun at because you fit into a Starter Pack cliche, then don't share your shit, or maybe reorient what you own and carry, that doesn't involve carrying two and a half knives, where ironically the only useful knife you have is the half-knife on the multitool.

Honestly? I wouldn't have said anything if you didn't have those two stupid-ass fucking knives. Karambits are retarded and I keep saying "meme" because it is. Pitch it straight into the trash, you'll always be made fun of and referred to as a CS:GO meme. And those clinch-knives are also a cliche. They aren't practical, but they're carried by people who think they need a discreet knife to use in some kind of combat situation. It's silly.
As I said: it would be the same if you were one of those people carrying around the ankle IFAK and 3 tourniquets. There's a fine line between being practical, and being a goofass, and carrying a simple flip-out Gerber knife is practical. A karambit and a clinch knife are goofass.

Dude, quit acting like a Whitney cork sniffer! Either of those knives will get the job done, regardless of whether they are a popular trend at the moment. Doesn’t matter if you scrape a shitty butter knife on the curb for a jagged edge if it gets the job done.
I actually have like 5 different knives I carry at any one time, depends on the mood. Just happen to pocket-dump the karambit today. Usually a CRKT M16, but that wouldn't have summoned the trolls like the raptor claw does.

I love the CRKT knives. Extremely comfortable grip, and holds a razor edge. I didnt realize that some folks look down on them, and dont care. The ones I own are great knives that see daily use, and hold an edge. At a fair price as well. Knives are tools. They either work or they dont.
You will have to forgive me, I am but a lowly Plumber that uses his blade for things like sharpening the occasional pencil, or scraping gunk off of a pipe. Had I realized that I was in the presence of Jedi bladesman, I wouldnt have commented.
