I watched red eagle politics’ coverage of the election. I remember my buddy, who was watching Faux News, sent me a text saying he did not feel great about the results coming in. I was shocked that he would say that, but soon after, the source I was watching started to report what faux was saying. That made what my buddy was saying more clear. However, I went to bed that night shortly after Trump made his announcement on voter fraud (circa 4am ET). I still felt good as I drifted off to dreamland, but when I woke up around 8ET, I was flabbergasted by the numbers that I saw.

The rest of that week seemed to consist of major changes. The majority of them took place late at night. I read so many comments on the election thread posts. Arizona and Georgia stick out the most for me. Everyone was super high energy during this first week post election. This high energy state started to diminish as the news media began to assure us that Biden won almost all of the battleground states, but there continued to be moments where our momentum was restored.

Last week was one of the high points in my opinion, but this weekend has caused a bit of a lessening of our resolve. I think that’s ok. It’s the natural ebb and flow of these matters. Should we have expected our previous week to have been so sweet? After all, it was a holiday. Surely no one would expect to have taken as much as we did.

If we see this much ground gained during a slow week, imagine what awaits us come Monday!
