The claim isn't that Biden "turned himself in", the claim is that Biden tried to negotiate with Mitch McConnel for a Presidential pardon. A claim which is founded on a complete misunderstanding of how our government works.
Even the use of the phrase, "Chinese whistleblower" is deliberately misleading. If this ludicrous scenario were true then Biden would be the "whistleblower". No one in this broadcast has firsthand knowledge of anything to blow a whistle about.
This is Lude (pronounced Lu-Dah). He is a HUGE adversary of CCP. He and Bannon cooperate, in fact they carry the War Room on Lude’s GTV network and translate it into Mandarin for the mainland Chinese people. Lude is the first guy that broke the news of the Biden hard drives. This is separate from the Hunter Biden laptop.
I am not saying I am 100% think this video is factual but Lude has a lot of credibility. It is far more credible than some of the evidence links on TDW.
