This is a repost of something that was floated a week ago. Even the content of the video doesn't match the click bait first sentence in the tweet.

The claim isn't that Biden "turned himself in", the claim is that Biden tried to negotiate with Mitch McConnel for a Presidential pardon. A claim which is founded on a complete misunderstanding of how our government works.

Even the use of the phrase, "Chinese whistleblower" is deliberately misleading. If this ludicrous scenario were true then Biden would be the "whistleblower". No one in this broadcast has firsthand knowledge of anything to blow a whistle about.
