McInerney seems to be the only one who has said it happened, yet says he isn’t directly involved, because he says the info was told to him by someone else.

My same thoughts. Sidney retweeted something about soldiers paying the ultimate price. As a current serving dude I would he highly disappointed if shes spreading info on dying troops that is false.
For sure fren. I just always seek more where I can get it. I want it to be true in the way that its points for us but it's a horrible story if Americans killing each other on "allied" soil. This is beyond anything I can comprehend
