I don't think so. The data that we have on fraudulent counting is still there plus everything else in Lin Wood's suit and Sidney's suit. The fact that people were expelled from the State Farm Center because of the overflowed toilet (probably flushing Trump absentees down clogged the thing) and all the general screwing around is still there. New evidence suggests that 57,700 people who don't live in Georgia voted this year. There will be more pressure on the legislature to get it right now and tell the SecState and Gov to get screwed and bypass the election. SCOTUS is the ultimate goal and there is no appeal beyond them, their word is the law and I am sure the Germany server and other things will still matter. Testimonies matter.

The act of destroying evidence is a crime. There are many layers to this.

Look at the big picture, Trump's state of emergency executive order regarding foreign interference is the ace in the hole.

If it’s evidence wiped clean should not be a good luck in the court of law, but our courts are corrupt so who knows.

As bad as it seems, even if we lose that info, I'm sure there is plenty of other evidence

There is other evidence.

No, they compound their crimes, but we still have to win, yeah.

That may yet require each of us in the street with rifles and intestinal fortitude.
