I have never heard of a CT scan being used on anything other then the head. Never heard of a CT scan for a joint or ligament.
He has already had 3 brain aneurisms. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if he had another, or a stroke.
I have CT scans done on my lungs yearly and it's all for vascular issues. A stroke is probably the most logical reason.
