My first thought was droning... not sure if anyone here used to read/watch Donald Marshall back when he was coherent, or whether he's too conspiracy theory for this site
It's a major rabbit hole and depends on whether you would entertain the idea of reptilian aliens living on Earth secretly and trying to dominate the human race. Not claiming any of this is factual of course, as with any "conspiracy" stuff you need to discern for yourself, but the eye thing reminded me of things Donald has said in his videos and I wondered if anyone else was thinking the same thing.
Actually, what it really is...you have to go back billions of years to when dinosaurs first roamed the Earth. When the cataclysm happened they were all wiped out but some species went underground to survive. They evolved underground as mammals evolved on surface. It's not up in the sky, it's down below. There are under ocean bases. UFOs people claim to see come from the depths of the oceans. They are more advanced than we are and have thrived deep inside the earth. They can not survive on the surface without serious complications. they have human ambassadors and they pull the strings to prevent mass annihilation. It's complicated, and too much to explain here on how it all works but nothing was a coincidence
