You are incorrect to say that John Roberts can refuse to hear any case. That's not how the Supreme Court works in the USA.
Any four justices can vote to have a case heard.
Our system is not like the one from which your experiences came. The whole point is to preserve our nation, not prematurely destroy it by skipping legal recourse and jumping to third world tribal violence in the streets.
It's the right way of looking at it, and anyone advocating for the preemptive violent overthrow of the government of the United States is no patriot in my books.
I don't know if you're FBI looking to trick someone into saying something actionable, some foreign agent looking to foment violence and unrest, or just a bored internet troll looking to stir shit up, but your lack of factual knowledge combined with the 20 minute old account, and the nonsensical "stop the larp" user name while actively LARPing as some sort of revolutionary is exactly the kind of input this country has no need for.
For contrast look at Ruby Ridge, or the Waco Branch Davidian massacre.
You're wrong about the Cliven Bundy case as well. The land in dispute was never his to begin with. It was purchased by the federal government from Mexico in 1848.
For all his hot air about "ancestral land" and "states rights", Bundy paid for grazing rights on the land for years prior to deciding he was going to stop paying as a form of protest against setting up a protected habitat for tortoises.
Bundy is essentially the equivalent of a renter who paid his rent for years, but then upon being told you were selling the house and he had to move, he stopped paying rent and refused to leave claiming that the fact that he'd already been renting somehow bestowed upon him the right to live there forever.
STOPTHELARP IS A GLOWRIGGER
THIS USER "STOPTHELARP" IS ONLY HERE TO DEMORALIZE YOU

You might as well be wearing a Che T-shirt.
