The last option is certainly an option, although, it shouldn’t be just the military. Trump can deputize us with federal police powers under Presidential authority through an executive order. We could legally be the ones enforcing the martial law.

But Trump going dictator would destroy it, so not really a choice.
Insurrection act is Constitutional so it wouldn't be Trump becoming a dictator.
