I can confirm that the counties in Georgia purchased their own machines and ballots and the disposable stylus. They even had the ballot printing contracts at the county level. The master agreement probably established things like pricing, etc.

It is true. I don't have twitter, somebody needs to let codemonkeyz and llinwood know the contracts and purchases were done by the counties directly, approved by county boards of commissioners.

here is the bid for ballot printing: https://www.gwinnettcounty.com/static/upload/bid/748428/BL043-20%20INV.pdf

here is the ballot paper approval item from county BoC meeting (page 4)

Honestly it shouldn't make a damn bit of difference if a 3rd party has material evidence to an ongoing lawsuit, it can be subpoenaed and confiscated

Do you know if the counties used their own tax revenue for them or did the state provide the funds to the counties, these systems are pricey

The central tabulation could be in the contract. It could be what the secretary of states uses and how results are reported up from the counties.

I have not read it.

Yep, that was obvious; the machines are owned by the state not by state employees working on the machines.

He reversed because they got to him.

They are not owned by the state.

What difference does it make who owns them, they are material evidence in ongoing litigation.

Just read they are owned by the counties, would assume the state provided the money for the machines to be purchased by the counties as they are very pricey.

Should give you a reasonable chain of ownership back to the state itself?

Yes, which means that the state gave approval through that end, but that can be easily hammered away since there is many ways the counties spend money(I am not a lawyer, but if it is anything like Illinois then yeah the counties will find a way to spend that money).

If anything it is that the state has plausible deniability, and can blame those at the county level if I remember about contracts correctly.

Makes sense, thanks

The judge needs to be subpoenaed or interrogated to find out who pressured him to reverse the decision to seize updating voting machines

Trump needs to demand that the Machines be seized by the FBI and Army, working together, and have the Army secure the machines until such a time that an investigation can be arranged with so many security measures that covering up any potential evidence would be impossible.

Appears to me something crooked. Pretty open and obvious too.

two edged sword? state of Michigan owns the machines but the counties have contracts too?

Codemonkeyz should be awarded a metal of freedom when this is all over by GEOTUS

He already gave the lawyers what they need. It wouldn't help if he disappeared.

You can own the machines and still have a service contract. It's common in many industries.

I dont have time to read through this contract right now, but that may be the case here.
