They won't want to look at it unless they know we are demanding it. Unless we don't settle for ANYTHING less.
We MUST have our case looked at by the Supreme Court. And we must DEMAND it.
I just posted something similar just moments ago. The courts of the land know that if they hear the case and review it on the merits, they will have to decide in favor of Trump.
The cases regarding lack of observer access, mail in ballots allowed without legislature approval, dead people voting and people voting in multiple states are pretty simple to prove.
They don't want to touch any of it with a ten foot pole because Antifa and BLM have primed them for months to know that widespread violence from the left will be the result if they decide in favor of Trump. The courts know that if they avoid the issue and run out the clock, there is a chance that Trump voters will accept defeat. It is simple game theory on their part.
Until now, (ie. the recent DC rally) Trump supporters have remained peaceful in hopes that the system would work as designed and truth will out. That is not the case any more. The sysytem is corrupt, justice no longer exists. It is now our duty to throw off tyrannical rule, identify and punish the criminal fraud and start again.
This moment is no less significant than the Revolution itself. The only difference is that illegitimate rulers are coming from within. I hope we are up to the task.
I agree but if we show SCOTUS our dicks are bigger than BLM/Antifag then they will take note!!! We do not mean the court harm, but any who would harm the court in doing its duty shall received no mercy!!!
And I agree with you but I would add this. The court is harming itself and its own credibility if it refuses to hear the most important case in generations. The Republic will cease to exist if it's institutions fail. They need to be made aware that they cannot kick this can down the road.
