My friend works at KDP (Kindle Publishing Direct) and was in a meeting last week led by David Becker from the Center for Election Innovation & Research. There were also a bunch of people from various left wing non profits in this meeting as well. The meeting centered around Amazon's corporate and social responsibility to stop the spread of "misinformation". One thing that was brought up in the meeting was placing a misinformation disclaimer on all books written by Conservatives. They also discussed making adjustments to their algorithms to reduce the visibility of "misinformation".

Could actually be helpful. As a rule of thumb if something has a disclaimer on it, chances are the material is credible and true.
