Judges can be guilty of crimes while performing in their official capacity if they work outside the law.

Well it seems as if this Federal Judge is being complicit (at the very least) of the cover up of a crime.
He needs to be sued.....at the very least.
My voting rights have been violated by his action.
It's complicit "IN" the cover up of a crime.
Nobody uses the phrase "complicit OF the cover up of a crime."
