I can't make up my mind on Pres. Nixon. Prior to 2018, I thought he was a corrupt politician, but then I looked into the Watergate scandal and discovered there was not actual evidence or reason to believe Pres. Nixon was involved in the break-in. As a consequence of going after Nixon, we still don't know why the break-in occurred or who was involved. So my opinion of him improved.
But then I found out he told a journalist to not investigate the very real likelihood of fraud in the 1960 presidential election, so my opinion of him has worsened.
