Fed up with dealing with people detoxing more like it. It's a fucking nightmare. The cops there could stay busy just policing downtown mutts. Imagine spending the time to arrest print and process and all the paperwork for someone who isn't going to show to court anyway and will be let out in less than a day.
My uncle, a police officer told me that they spend more than half their time dealing with homeless junkies and domestic abuse (drugs are the cause of all of it), he hates dealing with it because he knows he will deal with the same individual a dozen times a year, nothing ever gets fixed.
I read elsewhere that by giving the bail money directly that is the way that they are being paid. They get their regular paycheck to destroy and burn things then when they are arrested they get the bail money as bonus.
This is just a way for Soros to pay the rioters directly.
