WI is doing an audit that i think finished today, but months ago the state legislator which is republican made a law that mail in ballots have to be requested and there has to be written evidence that they were requested. well milwaukee and dane county where madison is has some 100k mail in ballots that have NO written evidence that they were ever requested. they were just sent out. heavily blue areas. So legally those votes have to be thrown out, and trump is down like 20k in wi, so that would most likely hand him the state...
Okay that’s what I was thinking too. Also, the lines are a little blurred for me, but is the 169,282 absentee ballots in Wisconsin due to “indefinite confinement” included in the audit as well?
damn im not sure, because i know the trump campaign is contesting more then just the 100k thats theres no request evidence for. i want to say the indefinite confinement is a different case. i did hear about that as well because absentee in WI is only supposed to be for certain groups of people.
Right. Keep in mind indefinite confinement in WI has been claimed about 800-1,600 times every election cycle since 2000 while this year it was 169,282 times. And under Wisconsin law, General Tsos Sweet and Sour Sickness was not an excuse to claim indefinite confinement.
