Y'all may already be aware of kraken-wood.com, the site to be launched soon and probably related to Sidney & Lin's efforts. https://kraken-wood.com/

I noticed that the clock on the server-side is counting down MUCH FASTER than the client side. Let me explain.

I ran a test that you can easily do yourself:

Open the website in two tabs. Wait 10 minutes then refresh one of the tabs. They will now display very different times. The client-side only APPEARS to count down at a normal speed, but the clock running on the server side is hugely accelerated!

FINDINGS: After 10 minutes, the refreshed page was roughly 5 minutes ahead of the non-refreshed page.

The server-side clock is off by a factor of 2X!!! The site is REALLY launching in 9 hours, not 18!!

Read my post again. The clock appears to count down at the right speed, but when you refresh the page after several minutes, the time will jump down.

Oh, ok. It's even weirder.

I opened two tabs, 5 seconds approx apart. One was (the one opened later) approx 10 sec late, it stretched to ~12.

After a minute or so I refreshed the one that was late relative to first one. And then it shown time 3 second sooner than the first one. Refreshed the first one (which was showing the opening sooner in the beginning, but now was late) - now it shown time 3 seconds further. Reapeting the cycles yielded the same results.
