"Look, theres records from.last week that stopped on Tuesday and pick up again, minutes after the third order was put into effect." If theres no evidence that no longer exists, then the logical conclusion would be " Why did they delete any information at all." Which in itself is suspicious..
Sadly, I fear this may be the case. But forensics will yell this as well.
