People keep saying it was a reversal and that's 100% not what happened.
The judge wrote an order saying that because the lawsuit named X,Y, and Z parties, those parties have to stop manipulating the machines. The defendant proved that it's actually W that has the machines, so the Judge said that based on the lawsuit, his order would have no effect.
They filed another lawsuit saying W, X, Y and Z need to stop and he rewrote the order to include W. He never reversed anything.
This is a great win. The one unfortunate thing is it doesn’t apply to Fulton. It does apply to Cherokee and Gwinnett. No way Cherokee went for Biden. The guy at my voting location letting us in the door said “I sure hope there is a peaceful transition”. Utter Bullshit. Also when voting they kept having to press buttons on the tabulator before we scanned. They would do the people in batches. It was stop and go n the line.
This is getting intense. Huge win. I wonder if they’ll still try and wipe those machines. They’re guilty as all hell and they’re gonna do whatever they can to cover their tracks.
Trump has to keep his hands clean in all of this. He can't make any "big moves" like that the spin will be that he rigged it through chain of custody or whatever bullshit they decide to feed to the talking heads (asses).
