Before Congressional Certification: Lots of lawsuits. Dems would try to get electors to vote for Kamala; many people would sue, pointing out the Constitution requires a Congressional vote to pick the President.
After Congressional Certification: 20th Amendment gives it to Kamala (assuming Biden won the certification).
So legally speaking, she would get the nod to Presidency, correct?
