If you know what you're doing you can exercise your will. For instance I was recently in Sacramento CA and blocked by a line of bike cops. None of them would talk to me let alone answer what law they were enforcing. One cop said "for your protection". Oh, really? I identified the Sargent (supervisor) and got his attention. I asked him why they were impeding my travel and right to exercise my first amendment right to speak in a public park. He said "we have intels of groups wanting to fight". I told him he's not telling me what law they're enforcing, this is a peaceful protest and if it's for my protection he should realize they're enforcing the law against the wrong people. I again expressed he's impeding my first amendment freedom of speech and wrongfully imprisoning me. He then allowed me to pass. These are all legal things, you must question why they are detaining you, what lawful order do they have? None? Then you are infringing against my constitutional rights.
