Trump's Justices + Thomas and Alito should be enough to accept it.

What all the swing states are doing violates the shit out of the constitution.

Chances seem good. I don't know why Trump was uncertain about heading to the SCOTUS.

I guess I was thrown off by Powell’s tweet about impeaching Roberts if he denies the case.

That’s reassuring. If any of the justices vote no to hear the case, they should be impeached.

4 votes are required to hear a case.

Trump has 3 appointees on the court, as well as 1 of the most conservative members on the court. Alito's on the court as well, but he's not compromised/cucked like Roberts.

The cases are going to be heard.
