If you vote in state elections for state candidates you are indicating that you are in fact a legal resident of that state and then by law required to pay taxes there. I think since it seems some people voted in multiple states, either they now are paying state taxes in every state they voted or subject to tax evasion, al la al capone. So these cheating assholes need to see the inside of a jail cell one way or the other.
