Been the top dog in my department with all the hard work and knowledge to run the department only to find out the General Manager put out an order right after George Kirby died of an OD that any promotion must be accompanied by a letter explaining clearly that if the person isn't a female or minority, why are they getting promoted. Now bosses are scared to prmote white men and all my hard work and learning was for nothing! Was told by a co worker they got inside info that they are going to reorganize the department to eliminate the position I have been groomed for in order to promote a middle eastern woman in a different department. CLOWN FUCKING WORLD. ALSO ITS BECAUSE I WORK IN A QUASI GOV'T JOB (PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION) So, I'm wondering...when they finally have black and brown women running everything, will they be satisfied white men have suffered enough and things have been made right?
