It's a few at top. I used to work in IC. Most people that aren't in leadership either are too stupid to understand the big picture, too captain America types thinking they are doing it for a greater good, or go along to get along. You also are compartmented to where you don't get the full picture but many people are never around long enough to piece anything together. I truly believe regardless of political leanings its probably the top 10% or less. Dude I found infowars because of the IC and I can tell you pretty much everyone I have ever met who got close to that world knows infowars even if they are not huge followers. It's like a secret club or something.
I should have been more clear: I'm not defending any of it. I believe they all need to be broken up or completely disbanded and the vast majority of the leadership need to be in jail.

Yea, you aren't going to win me over with this argument. FBI and CIA (along with many other agencies) need to be broken up forever.
