The FBI is finally involved.. but is it just to cover up fraud?

What's the chances they investigate and then release a report stating that "there was no fraud".

They've already released a report. They aren't alleging no fraud. They are alleging what amounts to being, not really fraud.

That is exactly what will happen.
The report will say no fraud by Democrats but Trump supporters committed fraud. Then they will arrest Trump supporters. Never forget that the garbage FBI sat on the Hunter Biden laptop while Trump was being impeached. That laptop contained exculpatory evidence. And never speak to the FBI without a lawyer present.
