At this point, Trump should order DoJ to investigate fraud and get hands on, direct them to look at specific issues and report, direct them to hurry their asses up. He is the chief of the Executive meaning FBI.

Even Trump can't make people do what they don't want to do. All he can do is fire political appointees, and he hasn't even done that, really. This should put to bed all the 43 D underwater chess theories. Trump knows the DoJ won't help him with anything. They aren't going to suddenly prosecute any of the illegal spying team or the coup participants. They aren't going to do shit but participate in trying to get Trump thrown out of office.
Trump is going to have to win his victory at the SC, and if the DoJ is involved in that, it will be on the side of Biden/swamp, not on behalf of the guy who was actually criminally cheated against.
