Yeah, I don't get this "ankle monitor" shit - this has been rumored about McCain, Hillary etc. and it's never true. I doubt the dog story too. But he is old and brittle and fragile. People his age have bones that break easily and some die after real falls, especially if they break a hip or something. The dog story is suspect but it probably wouldn't take much to snap his bones.

I believe the dog story, but it's that he's afeeble old man and he hadn't taken his meds yet and he tripped over the dog. My 92 yr old granddad did this awhile back and broke his nose. They did the CT because he hit is head when he fell.
