Yeah, I don't get this "ankle monitor" shit - this has been rumored about McCain, Hillary etc. and it's never true. You really think the FBI arrested Biden secretly, but are letting him still pretend to be the "President-Elect"??? WHY?!?!?! To reel in bigger fish? He's supposedly the "President-Elect"!
