The USA has some fight in it left because there's less of a welfare system than elsewhere. Public education, public healthcare and significant welfare stated acts to domesticate men, turn them into zoo animals and reliant on the system. Society would actually improve dramatically if we cut all social programs and welfare spending. It would take take for people to adapt but the end result would be a lot better than this cattle slavery.
