I guess the deadline depends on the definition of "conclusion" to the election. Is it concluded now? Not sure, from a legal point of view. Also, it says the assessment must be done not later than 45 days after the conclusion, meaning it can happen any time in between. It's probably underway right now. I'm assuming here Lin Wood is asking us to look at a date 45 days after when the election would have concluded if it were legit, bringin us to Dec. 18th? Or around then... a bit under 3 weeks from now.

The very next paragraph describes how there is another 45 max day wait before the first report is delivered to the president. 90 days MAX.
