I have taken a voluntary layoff from work as well. The season is slow for us anyway, but I was going to try and stick it out, until a mask mandate came down. Noped out. Glad to have a based manager who understands. It's just too bad the owners are old farts who watch CNN.

Good on you brotha. I will likely lose my job soon for refusing to wear the mask but if it comes to that, fine. I'm getting more and more pushback about it so it's only a matter of time...
