The dog angle is just so cringy and wrong. He likely had a TIA, or fainted, and sought an exam and CT (head, not foot). The guy has a h/o intracranial hemorrhage in the past, and had surgical drainage.

Yes, and mainstream and social media have been HEAVILY pushing stories about the Bidens owning dogs. Something that has never happened before. Trump didn't have dogs and there have been many presidents that didn't have dogs.
I don't remember any major stories about Obama having dogs other than he had one.

Gives the media more softballs to cover and appeals to dog moms and other such feeble-minded demographics that power the results of surveys that show people would sooner stop to help a wounded dog than an injured human.
