I have "Covid" patients every fucking day I work and I swear to God not one single patient I've ever had was in the ICU because of Covid. I just had a patient who got a rapid Covid test that was positive and then a molecular test that was negative for Covid from a nasal swab taken at the exact same time they did the rapid test. The physician diagnosed him with Covid respiratory failure despite the more accurate test being negative. The patient has interstitial lung disease and CHF exacerbation; that's why he's in the ICU on HHFNC with 70% FiO2 at 50LPM! He's been on airborne precautions for almost 2 weeks despite testing negative for Covid on all tests except for that first faulty rapid test. They never sent one single sputum culture on this patient! I asked the patient is he was aware he tested negative for Covid and he said "NO." Nobody informed him of 3 negative tests for Covid since that first faulty one. I'm sick of this fucking scam bullshit!
