Someone must pay with blood in Pennsylvania if all peaceful revenues are blocked.

Election is peaceful process to avoid the violent process of changing power.

If the fraud was not turned in the state level, it is the perfect time to raise up and say enough is enough.

8
StabBackAndStandBy 8 points ago +8 / -0

Fighting to the point where the hanging happens does, and a good bit of it will be ours. Some of it will belong to people we love. That's the reality we are facing here.

Getting them to listen to us during the peaceful phase is in everyone's best interest.

Hopefully we're willing to fight if it comes to that, but we're far better off if we can avoid it.

Election fraud is the initiation of force.

We're 30 seconds away on the fraud clock to doing just that. If this is not resolved via legal means then it will be decided via the ammo box.

Commie only understands the smell of "red" blood. How ironic? Only the spill of blood will determine the victor-history.

Some pede posted a quote from Jefferson.

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." in his letter to William Stephens, John Adams's son-in-law.

8
Anaconda 8 points ago +41 / -33

Yeah. They already killed it last Friday. GOP Speaker and House Majority Leader said the bills are DOA.

Depend on the SUPREME COURT, not these worthless GOP legislatures where each member is paid only $2,000-$3,000 per year because it is considered a part time job for them.

The Right wants us to shit on 1,000 nobody legislators when we should be focused on the Supreme Court. They don't want us trashing thr 5 conservative justices. Well too fucking bad. If Thomas and Alito also fuck the POTUS over by refusing to even give a hearing in bullshit "anonymous/unsigned" rejection orders that kill any chance for a SCOTUS hearing soon then fuck them forever also.

39
The_Left_The 39 points ago +40 / -1

Why so much hate for Thomas and Alito? They've been the most consistent and trustworthy judges we have so far.

23
pickmetoo 23 points ago +24 / -1

Yeah I don’t get it. I’m way more worried about Gorsuch or Barrett becoming the new Robert’s than I am about either of those two

18
VolareVia 18 points ago +18 / -0

From Gorsuch's most recent argument in favor of removing attendance limits for churches, he almost explicitly bitchslapped Roberts. You can doubt him if you want, but I haven't seen any indication that a betrayal is coming up.

-8
Italians_Invented_2A -8 points ago +3 / -11

Gorsuch gave special privileges to homos, therefore completely throwing away any pretence of being a constitutionalist.

At least in that occasion, he turned into a Marxist activist judge.

5
Wtf_socialismreally 5 points ago +5 / -0

Literally nowhere in the Constitution does it have sexual orientation in any form.

Do not confuse your religious biases for the foundational law of this country.

-2
Italians_Invented_2A -2 points ago +3 / -5

Literally nowhere in the Constitution does it have sexual orientation in any form.

Tell that to Gorsuch

11
BadManOrange 11 points ago +12 / -1

What's the deal with people being weary of Barrett? The woman clerked for Scalia and has pretty much the same values as him. I don't see her being a cuck. She's the closest thing to a 1:1 Scalia replacement that we'll ever get.

9
SoldierofKek 9 points ago +10 / -1

Clerking is absolutely irrelevant. I could clerk for Sotomayor and pretend to be a leftist. People have been anti acb because she sided with the governor of IL on the lockdown. Her recent decision siding with the other 4 has redeemed her in my eyes quite a bit

5
StabBackAndStandBy 5 points ago +6 / -1

We got burned with Roberts. Now we trust no one until they have a record.

2
MW23232 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree. Once is all it takes for me. I don't hold a life-long grudge and overtly hate on someone, but there's no trust, and I am forever wary AF, and act accordingly if I have to deal with them.

-3
Italians_Invented_2A -3 points ago +5 / -8

Only a Marxist could, as a white woman, adopt two foreign black children. It's the kind of virtue signalling shit that Hollywood celebrities do.

4
nmipede 4 points ago +7 / -3

The racialist idiot rears his ugly European head again. Its the kind of thing that Christians have done for decades in our country, maybe not in yours. Her kids are being raised with Judeo/Christian conservative values and won't become gibmedats or joggers. The fact that you find some problem with it says much more about you than her.

4
xyon1282 4 points ago +4 / -0

This^ thank u for saying this

-2
Italians_Invented_2A -2 points ago +5 / -7

The fact that you say "judeo" values says it all about you.

2
ZerioctheTank 2 points ago +2 / -0

So it would only be acceptable if she just ignored the two black kids in need of help in order to just stick to adopting her kind only? Since when did the race of her children matter about her work as a judge?

0
Italians_Invented_2A 0 points ago +2 / -2

There's a couple of billions of non-white children in need of help that the left wants to bring to America and "adopt".

How do you think someone like ACB could be against that?

She'd fuck us on anything related to immigration, but of course, all of this is moot because America is lost if Biden gets in the white house.

1
BadManOrange 1 point ago +1 / -0

or maybe because adopting white children is near impossible with stupidly long wait times and extremely high expenses while adopting non-white children is much quicker, easier, and cheaper? Supply and demand.

The Supreme Court doesn't decide elections. State legislatures do.

All the Supreme Court can do is rule on particular issues that arise from lower courts that get to them. Which could happen as there are significant constitutional issues with the PA election and these state court rulings have been ridiculous.

But telling people to forgo applying pressure on a body that is directly relevant to just having faith in one that is only capable of ruling on as yet unrealized minutiae that may or may not impact the result is just crazy.

7
resoluteAction 7 points ago +7 / -0

The Supreme Court will likely rule in Trump's favor on illegal election law changes while not providing a remedy, the invalidating of illegal ballots. The legislatures are still going to be key to Trump preserving the win.

This is the email I sent, if someone wants to imitate it or critique it:

Representative Kerry,

Free and fair elections are a foundation of any free society. Late night ballot box stuffing and counting without any opposition supervising is a direct threat to our constitutional republic.

We would not accept such tactics in the third world, and this is absolutely unacceptable in our country. Be brave and do the right thing, not only for the great state of Pennsylvania, but for the people all over the nation who have seen the obvious farce that is the 2020 election. Support the resolution disputing the 2020 General Election Statewide Contest Results.

Thank you, [My Name]

1
Italians_Invented_2A 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think the best angle is to say that they have kicked out the Republican observers. This is a fact. And it is illegal. So they literally broke the law in counting the ballots.

Dear (whoever)

Free and fair elections are critical to our country.

As an example, it is well documented that Philadelphia blocked Republican observers from the vote count. It required a court order to allow these citizens to perform their responsibilities but only AFTER many mail in ballots were counted and separated from their envelopes with signatures. This is NOT how fair elections are conducted and I respectfully ask that you stand up for the freedoms of all PA citizens who legally voted and do NOT let those who may wish to cheat the system to steal the votes of millions of PA citizens.

SCOTUS is not gonna invalidate millions of votes because of the possibility of fraud. Here is what I wrote to Kerry Benninghoff, my PA House Majority in Harrisburg:

Respectfully, I ask that you support the Co-Sponsored House Memoranda, pertaining to the 2020 Election in our state of Pennsylvania. This election is far too important, not just for 2020, but elections beyond this year. If this body decides that the rule of law and the disenfranchising millions of LEGAL PA VOTERS, through multiple illegal avenues of voter fraud, including the executive of the state of PA, usurping it's authority, and changing the rules of an election, at the 11th hour, unilaterally, going against PA Election Law, then you will have participated in the greatest fraud, ever bestowed upon the great people of Pennsylvania and the United States of America. It is time to STAND UP AND FIGHT for us. Do not cower, do not give in. Do the right thing. You CANNOT ignore the witnesses, the affidavits, and the data that has proven that Joe Biden DID NOT win this state in a fair and legal way. And the state must do something to stop the executive branch from certifying this election. You represent the people of the state, put your money where your mouth is. The Republic is at stake.

They are ignoring everything. There is only about 35 of them that care. Less than half of the repubs. The only way for changes is to create a new party and make it so the GOP dies for good.

You should call and leave a phone message as well.

Seems to be going straight to voice mail on all of them. Guess they are feeling overwhelmed!

I've been saying this all weekend, now the sticky comes up. Shameful.

Many years ago, don't remember if Rush directed to the audience to call or someone else did. But he was contacted by a rep's staffer, paraphrasing, "they usually had 50-100 calls a day, and they were getting slammed with 50-100/ hour."

Rush laughed a little bit, because that was every day, for three hours on his incoming phone lines. Point being, even at 100/ hour for 8 hours, these reps, are panicked, when they get just a few hundred raised voices directed at them.

Just used the google doc to cut/ paste email dresses to about 500 of my favorite contested state representatives. "Hi, I'm writing to express my concern over the irregularities seen during this past election and to ask that you take a stand in support of Election Integrity. I expect if this is not stopped, and appropriate punishments meted out now, all subsequent elections will be pointless for years if not generations to come.

Thank you from a concerned citizen,"

Thanks for posting this u/KnightCringewalker ,

Here is a great resource for anyone contacting reps today. People can reference the ⭐Ground Zero 2020: PA Fuckery Megathread⭐ while filing their complaint.

Wow there is no pa house rep for Allegheny county

Jcholl9 2 points ago +2 / -0

What we should be doing is calling them and later we call again asking for follow-up, updates? Make them feel as if they work for us in which they do.

Once there elected they work for the American people not big banks so we should be reminding them of that.
