There is no point needlessly throwing away your job especially in these times, especially if you a family to feed. Being on welfare is no joke. I wear at mask at work because it’s just another one of their dumb policies.. just because I wear the mask does not mean I am a sheep and it does not mean I believe covid is dangerous. If they tried to forcibly vaccinate me I would quit but quitting over having to wear a mask is just stupid.
I refused to return to my job because it required a mask. My favorite job ever. I started working painting again, something I really don't love to do but, it pays decent, and there's no mask.
This is deeply ironic because painting is the one job that would need a mask 😂
LOL actually I probably should have been wearing a job at one of the recent jobs. Super old house being refurbished, with tons of dusty old soot in the air from the construction crews. But I still didn't wear one, LOL, but in my defense none of us did.
Are you going to ask in the job interview if you have to wear a a mask at your new place of employment. Maybe tell the company that you will only work for them if you don’t have to wear a mask.That will go down really well in the interview. Good luck with that.

I would advise people to pick their battles wisely and not be stupid and fight battles that will only end up hurting themselves. Do you think your employer would give a shit if you quit. He will just hire someone else. You will only end up hurting yourself and your family. That is really bad advice. What happens when you quit your job with a good salary then get another job that pays way less and they turn around and ask you to wear a mask at work.

Yes. I have just made a correction before I saw your reply. What happens when you quit your job that pays well and you get a shitty job and then they turn around and tell you that you have to wear a mask. Will you look for another job that is even worse again. Don’t advise people to do things that you would not do yourself.
