Machines were actually connected to the internet, so could be manipulated off site. Poll watcher saw a few strange things including ballots being folded which could potentially make the error ballots. She saw republican ballots with trumps name crossed out which made them error ballots. Error ballots went into a room with only one person (not republican). Witness didn’t know what happened to those ballots.
