Ted was heavily backed by the blaze/levin/crowder group in 2016... so Im pretty sure he is of the same swamp they are in. Which is the same group as Ben Shapiro, the group that was Anti-Trump until they saw the direction of the GOP party and they reorganized to end up capitalizing off of Trumps success and ready to pounce the moment Trump was weak to re-gain power of the GOP.
