Since you were kind enough to bring it up I shall expand a little. We were deemed essential, we support critical infrastructure, so we've never closed. Most of our employees, including my Lovely Wife and I, have had the chinese flu already. I have government employees, city, county and State, coming in often for one job or another, sometimes I must remind them to mask up. One inspector who was in picking up some equipment told us the idiot mayor was having them intentionally try to walk in businesses to see if we would remind them to mask up. There are illegal proclamations threatening fines and closings you see, although we ain't worried.
We will offer you a free sealed gaiter to wear if you are maskless, we bought a shiite-load of them early on, opened them and put our logo on them and resealed them for PR. Or we will go out into the parking lot and assist you with your order or service needs, if you don't wish to enter.
The reason you are there to deal with us is because you have discovered that the competition is all large corporate entities and that we offer better quality, service and prices, plus we are much more pleasant to deal with. But if you would rather argue with us you are welcome to simply shop elsewheres, we really don't have time to listen to you whine. We cannot shut down, our customers won't let us. We've been getting offers to buy us out over the years, because we ARE the company you want to deal with. In the last 8 months or so, after it became apparent we are 'essential', those offers more than doubled because corporations/investors want to offset their other businesses with businesses like ours because we ARE open, always. I tell people, if you need us at midnight Christmas Eve, give me an hour and a half to get my boots on and I'll meet you at the shop.... but plz don't call at midnight Christmas Eve.

Find out who is influencing your governor. I found out the head of the local hospital conglomerate is the one pushing my gov into more strongly wording his mandates. Obviously I suspect financial incentives involving testing to be at the core plus the health network is growing at a startling rate. To be honest in a hypothetical break down situation I'd head straight to his house and start torching, in minecraft.
Unfortunately the judicial system is just as corrupt. I'm pretty sure we're going to have to do this the old-fashioned way, but there should definitely be more legal options before that.

I'd say OSHA because before this shit it would have been a big problem, need to fix the political side idk. If I had to wear any kind of bs to work like a respirator to protect against fumes, normally that would require medical evaluation, lung capacity tests and mask fitting tests etc. Whomever is making you wear it should be responsible for the problems it causes and that should scare them but it doesn't, OSHA is looking the other way here IMO.
