What does this video prove? That you CAN order ballots in China? Ok sure. But what we need is evidence this was done. This video does not do that.
It also proves that anyone can dub some audio over random phone video and post it to the internet with red siren emojis and hope to get upvotes.
I think the fact that it is demonstrably possible contributes to the body of evidence.
