Things like SpiderFoot or WireShark are actually publically available and not Mil-spec only items. SpiderFoot is open source for example.
Any one with a Network+ or Security+ cert would know how to do these basics such as using those programs or utilizing tracerts.
Doesn't mean that the information provided was not powerful and damning, but there's no reason to over hype it.
If anything, the teams using common tools actually adds to the veracity of their claims as they're doing things you or I can use on our own see the same evidence they see.

This will have given full authority and rights to spy on all of these people and their communications. So at this time they would be gathering the truly damning evidence. Once they feel they have enough or that it's entirely insurmountable they will release the floodgates.

For example, if i accused you of being a russian agent because i noticed some of your internet traffic regularly hit a russian server farm. I would have no idea that perhaps you play a video game from russia. Like World of Tanks. Or maybe you have a russian roomate checking the news or working remotely. I dont know because i cant see what device caused the traffic or what the traffic really was. That would take cracking the encryption. It would take a court order to confiscate all your equipment so i could pull browser histories etc from it.

All he knows is that Dominion, Scytl etc own certain IP addresses and you can watch information flow between those addresses. But the voting machines were in various county and state locations in county/city/state owned buildings. If anything, internet traffic from the machines would have originated from whatever internet those buildings have where the counting was done. He would have to first know what IP addresses to watch, and I doubt he would know which IPs the counting buildings used for Internet. But again, that building is sending every device on its Wifi, on its network etc out via a single IP. So you can't tell if its a pol-worker's cell phone watching Chinese TikTok or if its a voting machine that should not have been connected.
I hope they have the Frankfurt server, thats the only way to prove this.
