Pedes get healthy! Lose extra weight, do some strength and core training. We need to bring the 1950’s America back, and being healthy is part of that.
I see so many people that check “a few extra pounds” on dating apps and it’s always a fucking lie, 50 and 70 pounds over weight isn’t “a few extra.”
We have to have ourselves also ready, not just supplies. Weird fucking times right now, but lose the extra weight, stretch, do something to get your body right too...
Agreed, it’s much easier to control an unhealthy population. This needs to be said more often.
It is very good to do a few stretches in the morning's hot shower, when muscles are loose because of the heat. Never stretch when cold.
Learn to enjoy drinking plain water, perhaps ice water, perhaps with lemon juice in it.
Lifting weights is great. Find out how to do it right, however, and use good shoes and gloves.
Daily vitamins, and good gut biome, by taking acidophilus daily, just two. No mega-dosing.
You can have your favorites but they should be a special treat, not all the time.
We aren't going for beauty here, we are going for your RIGHT to be in vigorous shape for your build, which is a completely different thing. Beauty can be achieved too, but that is a story for another day.

We often don’t do what’s best for us, like go for a walk, and that’s simple. I started doing stretching and I know how good something that simple is, and I have myself needed reminders to be healthy. And how the fuck are we supposed to handle all this fuckery without taking our own health in to account and making sure we’re in good health? Thanks Pede!
